Return & Refund Policy – Helen Glow

We want you to love your purchase from Helen Glow. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Due to hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned.

 

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable
